Hi guys,

Recently upgraded my M2Zoom to firmware update 01.00.0300and right from the start I had a bunch of problems.

When I want to switch to video mode I can't. I was stuck on photo mode.
Since then I have been reading all threads on how to fix it.

1. Install DJI Assistant 2 for mavic 2 on your PC/MAC
2. Open the App then plug your Aircraft to your PC/MAC
3. Inside the app you will your aircrafts info, go to firmware and pick downgrade to firmware 01.00.0200.
4. After successful downgrade, do the same to your remote.
5. After both successful downgrade, I just reset all setting on the DJI GO4 app and its all back to normal.

I hope you guys can solve your upgrade problems.

What happen was I just finished a hyperlapse and when I am switching from photo to video mode. It kept switching back to photo camera mode.
I was not able to take videos because of that.
I also had error saying that  the gimbal is disconected.
So I downgrade my firmware on both aircraft & remote.
Good thing it did the trick.

Ok understood, I don’t use hyperlapse so that’s why I didn’t see the problem!

Does this occur outside of hyperlapse? the reason I ask is that hyperlapse uses photo mode and if you try switching while in hyperlapse it wont let you, meaning you have to switch to normal or another mode.

It does happen outside hyperlapse.
It was all back to normal when I downgraded my firmware back to .200

I did some reading on this and used iOS and SRC and could not replicate your problem, I suspect you may have a fail elsewhere.

Switching to and from photo & video was no problem, dis a couple of hyperlapse and no issues.
