Hi Everyone,


I recently took my Mavic Air to St. Kitts.  Thought I would share some of that footage with you.  Hope you like....I find myself shooting most of my Mavic Air footage in 2.7K lately and then downscaling for YouTube Videos to 1080P.  I personally like the way the footage looks on the Mavic Air.  I really think it's a great vidoe resolution for this drone and really makes the editing process a little easier to manage.  

Hey mate, such a shame the weather affects our flying in these once in a lifetime places.... I just jumped ship from a 7 day Island cruise... The smog was ridiculous, it looked like fog it was that bad...  

PS. Perhaps invest in a different mic to limit the wind noise whilst you are talking.

Yep, lesson learned.  I didn't have a 'deadcat' on the MIC.  I've bought one since...first time I've ever had this problem.  Then again, I don't often have to deal with 40mph wind guests.   

Anyway....I'm ready for next time!!   

PS.  Yeah, in high winds I think that's where some of the heavier drones shine.  But on the flip side, I would be a lot more reluctant to fly a more expensive drone in those high winds too.  Its hit or miss when you travel so I just try to roll with it.

Yeah, the wife suggested just dubbing over that part of the audio.  I have 1 more video to put up from the vacation.  Will be shot at St. Maarten.  I think the audio's better in that one..if it's not...we'll....

Thanks...just posted another from St. Maarten which I finally got a chance to really get the Mavic Air out....I think St. Maarten might have been my favorite of the 5 islands we visited.
