What format are you recording. MOV files are harder to handle than MP4 for most PCs. What spec is your PC? For smooth 4K@60 playback even in MP4, you'll need at least an i7 7xxx CPU and a decent GPU (nvidia GTX-10xx series).

You may only have to upgrade your GPU as I can get by with my i5 4690 but I have a GTX-1080 at my office PC with a 4K monitor so it seems the GPU does help. maybe get a GTX-1060 (which is fairly reasonable now) and see if it helps. Or are you using a laptop? if that's the case, it might be tme for an upgrade.
P.S. what software are you using for playback?

Agreed. I too run a slightly faster i5 processor but with a higher grade video card with 2gig of ram. It's very close to maxing out though but just manages. Editing when re-rendering is painfully slow.
On a separate note, do you mean flicker or stutter? Flicker could be a different problem such as refresh rates on your monitor or the shutter exposure on your video. Stutter can be caused by a processor, graphics card, or slow hard drive speeds. Maybe even a motherboard northbridge bottleneck.

Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. It would be better if you could play the video using a different computer that could support the resolution of the video that you've recorded for us to isolate the problem. Surely, our valued customers could provide the specs that you need for you to possibly upgrade your computer. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.
