select 4 drones for you. and you do not have to pay for them. but do not select them based on price, just choose the ones you would want.

I am not sure about the purpose of the Mavic Zoom.  Prime lenses are zoomed with the photographer's feet.  A prime lens on a drone is even easier to zoom since the platform can reposition so quickly.

I hope to own a Mavic Air pro someday!

Yes compared to its other products, i dont know what sales are like but how many people go out and buy a new phantom over the mavic

I guess that will depend on what the Phantom 5 will offer. The Phantom 4 series has had its day though.

For me Mavic pro/platinum and or 2pro are the best so far for portability and price.

It seems I stay mostly with dji

Mavic pro 2 or zoom would be my second hunt, not fan of huge drones

if i'm not paying i want a Predator Drone or two .now on a more different serious note . this should be asking what drones do you have or have flown . if you are telling us to pick what we can't afford is like putting a kid in a candy store with a pocket full of money and saying go . i have a Blade 350 QX , a Blade Nano QX . two Yuneec Q500 4K's , a DJI Spark and a few cheap drones .

Personally, if I had the opportunity to get 4 different aircraft of my choosing (regardless of price), they probably would be Mavic 2 pro, Matrice 210 with thermal, Inspire and an Evo. Ideally I am most comfortable with smaller aircraft like the mavics due to their portability and weight although I wouldnt mind an Inspire or Matrice. It really depends on what I am doing and what camera system I need, which is why I stick with mavics as they are ample at providing images and footage for commercial purposes, in addition to the cross compatibility of batteries/remotes. The Evo is the only odd ball because personally there is an incentive for 4k 60 but I am starting to move into possibly only doing 2.7k as the general consensus is that 4k doesnt always work to provide a better image, as 4k works up to a certain range where it drops off and looks identical to lower quality videos. If I find the link I will post it here, but personally, 2.7k 60 h265 footage would be good enough for me.

Number one choice for me is Phantom 4 advanced with 1" sensor camera. That is for serious projects.
Number two is Mavic Zoom.  Since I already own P4Adv I dont need a second 1" camera but Zoom capability is a luxury.
Number three is Mavic Air as a back up.
Number four is spark. As a back up for a back up.

Own them all and Phantom 3 std gets no chance to fly anytime soon.

Mavic 2 Pro for Portability and Inspire for power.

I agree with you.

Only picked two drones: Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom. I still love my Spark, but I think it's time for an upgrade soon and the Mavic 2 range is pretty much the only drones I'm interested in as an upgrade.

Matrice 210 RTK-G can have the super-HD XT2 Thermal camera.  You can also put a 30x optical w/ the Z30.  You can have a full-frame sensor with the X7.  Why would you want to use anything else?  Oh, btw the Matrix 210 RTK-G is over $10k alone and the XT2 is over $10k.  You have can 2 gimbal cams on it.  You can put a camera on top w/ it's own gimbal.  You have an FPV camera for even lower latency.  It has GPS Centimeter-level precision accuracy.  It has sooo many other features and tech that are nothing short of drooool quality.  Use the Inspire 2 for X7 for the night and you can pretty much take on anything?  Picking anything else is just a trick question to see who doesn't know their stuff unless obviously you need a backpack drone then it's either the Zoom or the Pro depending on whether you need to film w/o being a distraction or you can film and being a distraction doesn't matter.

What about these:  keep distance from wildlife  getting more detail without disturbing it, get better parallax effect when zooming and  orbiting around subject (the background moves faster),  dolly zoom effect (made in camera), lower price?

Unspecified drone would have to be my Tello. Only $100 and I love it.
