I set my camera to 120 fps, and my shutter to 1/240 and took a beautiful shot of a fountain in the middle of a blue pond near my house, except the playback of the video from the micro sd card is all in normal speed. Did i do something wrong? Thanks

You have to slow down the video in post (editing)

If you upload it to your computer, I think it automatically slows it down.

It does not slow it down when I upload it. And when I do slow it down to the proper speed it's very choppy

The Mavic Air Has 2 video settings for 60fps n I forget which is which but one films normal speed the other slow motion . im guess you filmed in the non slow mo one

My last post was wrong !
in video settings , the button above the record on tab or phone . from the top on video quality 4k , 2.7k then 1260 "I think"  and its the 3rd down that lets you do slow motion its  at 120 fps
