Re: [DJI Support] : RE Re: [DJI Support] : RE CAS-2592894-K9X1T7: I did not receive all the replacement parts promised by Jayson, a complaint department manager.  I have sent several emails stating that only two of the four replacement propellers were included in the shipment that I recieved from warranty service but am geeting no reply.  It is obvious that the drone requires four propellers.  Hoping an administrator can reconnect with Jayson or whoever to complete the promised service.  This whole affair has already taken two months and is akin to pulling teeth one at a time.  Very poor customer service.
