I am still confused about how to update my drone(P4P) and my intelligent flight batteries !! Do i need to plug the bird to my Ipad through the GO 4 app, or directly to my computer ? I have looked up for some answers on YouTube and tried it but still confused since nothing shows me that it is updating !!  Please HELP ME  

Hi, we're sorry for the confusion caused. I highly recommend you to update the firmware of your Phantom 4 Pro via DJI Assistant 2 using your PC or laptop. You can download the DJI Assistant 2 on our website or click this link: https://www.dji.com/phantom-4-pro/info#downloads. After that, please connect your drone to your computer and turn it on. Go to DJI Assistant 2 and update the firmware. For reference, please see the attached video tutorial below. Should you have further question, please let us know. Thank you.
