Hi!

Due to the very noisy surroundings (2.4GHz and 5GHz Band very full) I'm trying to control the Ronin 2 via cable.
I bought the DJI Ronin 2 - CAN Bus Control Cable 30m (Part 61).
After tedious back and forth with the DJI eMail Support we finally concluded, that connecting the controller to the gimbal via said cable was not supported yet, but will be in the next firmware upgrade.
As the date for the next firmware upgrade is not known, I am looking for alternatives.

I was able to confirm, that the remote is sending a  CAN-Bus Signal over the 4-pin Interface, and that the Ronin 2 has a  CAN-Bus connection right underneath the mount point, over the pan axis.


Was anybody here successful at controlling the Ronin 2 over some kind of wired connection?
Or has anybody used Futaba Remotes successfully yet?
Maybe I can work out a bespoke solution faster than DJI releases their Firmware Upgrade.

Nothing? No one has ever controlled the Ronin 2 on other means than 2.4Ghz ?
