Is it possible to land Mavic pro at distance (for example 1 km) stop it and go back again to home?

You could do that if there are no obstacles between you and the Mavic when it reaches the ground. If you stop the motors and start them again, the home point will be reset to the Mavic's current location. So, make sure you manually reset the home point back to your location if needed.
