I try to shoot some challenging scene to test the dynamic range advantage and noise disadvantage.
Cinelike D original
Color Graded
From Bright sky to shadowey alley, it is challenging scene for natural color mode but Cinelike D handles it quite nice.
There is noise in the shadow but distracting in video.
Cinelike D original
Color graded
I have been shooting at the sun a lot with natural color profile, so it is clear that Cinelike D holds much more information in both sky and shadows.

Color graded
Simply looking at the clouds. Better than expected.
You can compare both Color grade and Cinelike D original video below.
To me, noise was managable in this case. Or I would prefer some noise and better details.
During the previous night time test, I found it a small improvement over the cost of censor noise but now after the daylight testing, I wonder if there is a better way to utilize Cinelike D for night shooting.
