I got a macic pro platnum after watching the videos and advertising it seemed like a good drone.  It only has 1 km range in the desert.  It will not save waypoint missions.  Active track looses me every minute or so.  Noting like the videos.  The quickshot dronie, which has a 45 degree angle for its icon, went straight back and I hit the stop button just as it hit my neighbors roof and broke some propellers.  I returned it within 14 days and now they don't want to give me my money back after a month of many calls and emails.  The product does not work as advertised.  I want my money back.  NOW

I think if you crashed it you may have trouble getting your cash back.

When drone was coming "straight back" were you flying drone or was it coming back via RTH?

What device did you use to fly?
It depends A LOT on your setup.
I’m 100% happy and satisfied with my Mavic Pro, I’ve taken it more than 6km no problem. and I fly on my IPad Air 2.

It was going straight backwards, not back and up at a 45 degree angle as the icon would suggest.

Ive had a horrible DJI Experience and I am on a mission to expose the truth how bad the customer service is.

The advertisement doesn't say anything about needing the right phone.

I'll pay for the broken propellers, but I want a drone that does what it is advertised to do, otherwise I want my money back.

I wish you had exposed them before I bought one.

Get a good device and then the issue will be solved.
And investigate a bit before you buy.
You need a good device to fly the drone properly.
Or get the Smart Controller.
Also you can try downgrading your app version to a much older one.

Something that has already been exposed here numerous times.
Example would be DJI's Assistant-2.  Despite both Windows and OS-X users having problems with Assistant-2; DJI has not fixed:
1) Install problem of Assistant-2 on Windows systems.
2) Only some parts of Assistant-2 will work on OS-X systems.
3) DJI has never gotten Microsoft or Apple blessed (officially recoginized) by Microsoft or Apple.

What Icon were you looking at under GO-4?

And again, were you flying drone via Remte Controller or was drone flying itself via Return to Home (RTH)?
