I've noticed a couple of comments that the OP can of it's own accord, change from .MP4 to .MOV !

If I am out and about with just the OP, how can I check it's still recording in MP4 and not changed to MOV ?

Unfortunately, we cannot check the format of the video without using the DJI Mimo app, however, once you've managed to set the video format using the DJI Mimo app, the video format will remain once you've disconnected the mobile device or reboot your unit. This function is expected to be optimized in the near future. Please let us know if you have other concern. Thank you for understanding.

yes i have the same problem too, i set it to MP4 but i notice some recorded videos in mov format which i cant view /edit the .mov videos in my android phone (Samsung A8 star n MiA1)
