Hello, folks! Please take a look at my shot video from last visit to Western Ukraine. Along with my friends we had a wonderful week driving and hiking through mountains, diving in culture, history and customs, tasting local cuisine, enjoying our Mother Nature and overcoming ourselves. Carpathian Mountains are the third-longest mountain range in Europe after the Ural Mountains and Scandinavian Mountains. The Carpathians cover an area of 190,000 km2 (73,359 sq mi), and after the Alps, form the next-most extensive mountain system in Europe. We had quite bad light condition through whole trip, so in post-production I tried to improve that dark atmosphere increasing midtones and highlights while lowering shadows. It gave some unwanted color casts so I applied a couple correction curves and slightly boosted saturation. The result is far from perfection, but as we say “Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without”. Hope you enjoy and look forward to your response!

Nice one Lysak2003, . Far too cold for me, but great scenery.
Thank you! Actually not so cold at the bottom of the mountains, but on the slopes and peaks wind sometimes just knocked us off the feet. Look at ice on the cross on the top of the highest mountain in Ukraine. It's the Mount Hoverla.
Nice video, Its is too bad that you were not able to get the person out of the shot ( started at about 0:10) in the blue jacket. but nice video. I liked the remoteness of the shots.

This is really beautiful. It looked good to me,,,, what you did with highlights and mid tones. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! There is a nice tutorial for those who want to learn how to create more cinematic view with their footage. I got many interesting ideas from this video. Sad that it's not mine

Nice work, light did look low, so congrats on getting the film. Worth a trip again in the Spring with more light and colour? Good shooting.
Thank you! I'll try to get there in May, hope the weather will be fine.

1 minute of that beautiful landscape is not enough - more please
Thank you for approval. After adjusting 24 FPS in sequence settings, my computer became completely dull. Every new effects and corrections called for prerendering. Work with colour weels was transmuted into the Hell. So it was quite hard to extend video length. I need more RAM memory

Haha! I was just going to say, very nice, but there should be more. Now I understand why there isn't. I'm having the problem with my computer not able to handle the rendering.

Yeah. At first you buy a drone. Then you buy more batteries, then ND filters, then a new computers, then a new drone with 4K, some more batteries, new ND filters and next a new computer, because old one do not able to handle with 4K. So continues without any stops. And who can remember that initially you just was going to have some fun?

Nice..... btw for those who don't know.... Hiking is the best way to defragment your brain.
Totally unbiased and scientifically proven fact.
Hiking and flying a drone simultaneously can be considered as a double win.

Indeed. “You buy furniture. You tell yourself, this is the last sofa I will ever need in my life. Buy the sofa, then for a couple years you're satisfied that no matter what goes wrong, at least you've got your sofa issue handled. Then the right set of dishes. Then the perfect bed. The drapes. The rug. Then you're trapped in your lovely nest, and the things you used to own, now they own you.”
