You don't need ND filters for all long exposure photos, but having them helps!  Here's a simple tutorial on taking some very different types of pictures with the amazing little Osmo Pocket!

Yep. Got a Gorilla one with magnetic feet. Dead handy. Also got one of those springy clamps.

I think any mini tripod would be fine given how lightweight the Pocket is.  I happen to be using the Manfrotto mini tripod but you can get more practical and flexible tripods too. As long as they have the standard mounting screw, (and you have the Pocket Tripod mounting attachment I show in the video), you'll be fine.
