Was wondering what your thoughts are for best low light / night time settings with the OP?  Should I use full auto, partial auto (ie. exposure/shutter/etc), or full manual for both video and photos?

You set up your OP based on the lighting conditions in your environment.   I try to record in 24p or 30p at night and hardly at 60p.  In either case, in Premiere Pro I use a video noise plug-in called Neat Video.  Also, I use manual settings only in a controlled environment where the light is constant.  I don't follow the 180-degree shutter angle rule at low light unless I have a lamp with me. Doubling your shutter speed means less light.  Last, If it's mixed lighting like walking from a dark to a brighter room, street, or pointing towards headlights etc, I use auto.  The OP does a pretty good job overall in auto.
