I have some problem with my gimbal.
it won't move to any direction, even i use shortcut on C1 or C2.
I already try to calibrate the gimbal until finish but it doesn't even move when calibrating until finish the calibrating.
the gimbal status say it OK, not overloaded.
its looks fine on the status at dji 4 apps.
Please help me.

Also, do you still have a live feed from the camera? However, as you mention even you calibrate it. It won't move I would suggest reaching out one of the support channels In order to guide you on what you'll need to do. I already check the firmware at dji assistant and the firmware is still same from the beginning.
I never run the update for the drone or RC.
