I bought a Mavic Pro Fly More Combo a week ago.
when I tried to charge the batteries only one battery charged, the others came defective and did not charge.
They are absolutely new.
I know it's a pretty common problem in new batteries.
I need a solution.
I'm from Tucumán, Argentina and I bought the drone in another country.
What I can do?

Try and charge the batteries again, and leave them on charger for a couple of hours. It might be that the batteries are in 'hibernation'. See section on 'battery storage' on page five of the

The other two are in hibernation mode. If you are not able to replace them just need about 10 days! Every time and then try to charge them but don't leave them long time on charge if not responding.

Do two batteries that will not charge, show any charge at all by their LEDs?
