Hi guys,

Had the Spark out today, no problems at all. Changed the battery, launched the drone with the controller as per usual, didnt launch 2 feet off the ground and the Spark shut down and fell to the ground.

Done some cosmetic damage to the LED covers but other than that it seems fine, any idea what would cause this? I was running the drone via WIFI as it recently stopped working via the OTG cable.

All help is greatly appreciated,

UPDATE: Gimbal Overload is now showing up on the screen and wont let me launch.

Did your battery come loose? There's reports of that happening on the Spark

I am having trouble getting my flight data, my laptop isnt picking up my android device and wont recognise the Spark when plugged in via USB either.

Is there any other way of getting it or am I better off sending it in for diagnosis??

hi,

Find the flightrecord using a (standard) file manager on your device, than attach it to a email, dropbox, cloud service etc. No need for a physical connection to your laptop.

I cant seem to find the flight record of the flight that caused the drone to fall from the sky. Its not appearing in the app now?!

How do I upload the flight logs onto this forum as I havent a clue.. sorry.

I have been onto DJI support and they want me to send the Spark for them to investigate, my drone has no care refresh so will this cost me if it was not my fault!?
