DJI I still haven’t had a response to my problem query submitted Nearly two months ago not to my post yesterday in relation to my gimbal

Please help me

The gimbal looks up when the drone is spun on its axis

Even when you sit it on a piece of paper on a flat table and spin it left or right the gimbal points up and to the side

When you stop spinning the drone the gimbal slowly returns back to centre and levels itself but this takes a long time and makes it unflyable with the screen

This also happens when flying with the controller

Have reset to factory
Reinstalled firmware
Run three gimbal calibrations
Three imu calibrations
Three compass calibrations

I just have no other options I can think of

Could it be a faulty gimbal

The u it is realitivy new and only flown less than20 times

Other than sending it in to get Analysis and Repair?


I have nothing to add.
