I need help!
I have 2 amazing X5 lenses.
One I use to Osmo the second to Inspire 2.
While watching movies with Inspire I noticed spots.
I decided to look at the lens. My surprise was huge! The lens has dust particles! In Osmo too.
What now?
Will the service clean these lenses?

Embarrassment! Service in Germany sent back the lens did not even clean it !!

The manufacturer's service has not found the described problem. "After image quality tests, it was possible to set a high resolution image at each iris position. The lens is not closed hermetically, so particles inside it are normal operation results."

Hello!

I do not agree with the opinion in Germany.
The lens is always used with all due care and protection.
A filter is always installed.
Everything would be fine if it was one lens. I have Inspire 2 X5 and Osmo + X5
All lenses inside are dirty.
The answer that it was my fault because I used it in inappropriate conditions is like - "Fly only in a sterile room"
They will clean the lens but the cost of cleaning is the price of a new lens
