Hello and good day Mentje. I am sorry to know what happened to your DJI Spark. The DJI Care Refresh will be voided under these following scenarios ( Please check list bellow ). However, it will still undergo assessment and it will be the service center to provide the final evaluation. For reference I will be posting a link where in you can check the overview and the FAQ of the DJI Care Refresh service. Thank you.

Thanks for your answer. But it is still not clear if i can glue the part. Could you provide me some info please. When i glue it with 2 components it will be strong as ever but can i do it without losing Care service. |
