I am having difficulty creating an orthomosaic with photos collected with a DJI P4 RTK in ArcMap Pro 2.1.0. I keep recieving the Error: Creation of frame camera model failed. I am assuming this may be due to arcmap's database of camera models and their respective framing information. I am hoping to locate the camera files containing the affine parameters (principle points, Konrady, and Decentering) so that i may manually input them. The camera is a FC6310R.

You're using Drone2Map? And to be clear, ArcGIS Pro, or AcGIS Desktop (ArcMap)? By the version you stated it sounds like the former (Pro).
I don't have an answer for you either way, as I use Pix4D, but Drone2Map is based on Pix4D so one would hope that the camera models supported there will find their way into D2M eventually. I know Pix4D supports the camera on the P4RTK, as I've processed flights with it.
