Hello everyone, I am planning to send my Mavic Air to DJI warranty assistence in China (through JB hi-fi Australia) because I am experiencing a yaw glitch and I found online that probably it's a powerboard issue. It's not a big problem and I can manage to fly aniway, but some of my clips occasionally get ruined, and you know, when you pay over 1000$ for a product you expect that work as like the manual says.
I would like to know how DJI deal with this particular manifactury issue, because I really don't want get back a refurbished unit.

Anyone that went trought the same process? Thank you in advance!

you will get a new one most likely, very rarely has anyone received a refurbished one, when you do get it check the SN#  if there isn't a R at the end of the SN# then you have a new one.
