Click on this link then raise a case with support. They may ask for further details before providing you with a shipping label for UPS to pick up the drone and deliver it to the European DJI service centre in the Netherlands https://www.dji.com/uk/service/repair?site=brandsite&from=nav - if out of warranty you will be invoiced and the repairs carried out then shipped back to you. The whole process can take typically a week to a month.

Hi A CW, thanks for the reply and here I go again. I've been here. Repair progress inquiry or recommended service centre, right? There isn't one for Spain. Are you supposed to contact the Netherlands directly? Its doesn't recommend this or suggest this anywhere?

You need to submit the repair request then they will provide you with a shipping label and address as to where you need to send it. The Netherlands is the main (and I believe only) official DJI service centre in Europe. https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav

DJI.com>Support>Repair Services>Online repair request

Follow that on your computer as my link may be specific to the UK.

Hi Gamora, that link takes you to the wrong place. I'm guessing that is jsu a copy and paste answer used as a catch all. From your link you get to here: https://www.dji.com/es/service/repair so now where do you go? This part of the website is very badly laid out.

Good question.... there is "public" service in Netherlands and one "hidden" for vendors only I think in Germany. But, yeah, DJI service network in Europe is pretty bad.

Sorry, but that is again mis information. If you follow the natural course of this link you end up with a "recommended dealer" as the contact. DJI has NO responsibility for anything they do! This stage need to be eliminated and the link that was provided by Captain A CW the only one: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav

What is this page even for? https://www.dji.com/es/service/repair

Yes, it's like it was all bolted on as an afterthought as the company were expanding. None of the navigation on the website or structure make sense. https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav this is the page thats needed but its impossible to find through normal navigation of the site. Thanks again Captain A CW.
