Roll axis is not working properly, I can see shaking from side to side in the video footage, all axis are balanced properly, I calibrated it and auto-tuned with the same results.
Please help I do not know what else to do, I just got it it is brand new.

Hi JosiahD, sorry for the troubles with Roll axis, when balancing the Roll axis, please lift the roll axis arm a little when tightening the knobs on the tilt motor to lock arms orthogonally.
If it has been balanced properly,  please tilt the device 45°, then check if the Power value of the Roll motor is in the range of +/-5.

How do I do that on the cammand unit?
