We have an Agras MG-1S and are having trouble accessing the Agras management system.  I have a DJI account that I utilize often with my Phantom 4 Pro, however, I cannot log into the us-ag.dji.com system.  I get the following error "This account has no permission to use this platform.  Only MG-1S owners and team pilots are permitted to sign into this platform."  I have emailed the iuav@dji.com but haven't heard anything back.  Any suggestions?

I'd be happy to verify the Serial Number, I'm just trying to get this machine operable.

Thanks, I finally received a response this morning.  Everything is squared away and I swapped some users on the platform.  When powering on the unit the prop lights all light up and blink yellow but the main unit light will not power on and we get "Aircraft Disconnected" is anyone familiar with why this is happening? The learning curve on the agras seems quite steep.
