Osmo pocket new out the box today and running latest update everything via Mimo. The focus is locked to very close in selfie mode and when facing out. I've tried to tap focus with the yellow box on both my iPhone 8 Plus and iPad Pro. I've tried in AFC and AFS modes. I've looked in the online manual also and nothing points to how I might rectify this. Picture is completely blurred unless looking at something 5 inches away, which is in sharp focus.


Anyone?

Drawn the box. It happily tracks what's in the box, but the focus is locked to objects 5 inches away. It's simply not adjusting focus.

Mine tracks and stay in focus in AFC.

It may jump focus under certain conditions, but it shouldn’t be as bad as what you seem to be experiencing, can you post sample footage .

Have you tried resetting the system parameters?

It's defective.  Return it at once.

That's what I'm doing today. At least I bought it from a local store, so a relatively easy process.
