I purchased DJI Mavic Pro 2 few months ago, and it's not back to repair for last 3 weeks.
I am not sure, how long it will take to get repired.

Anyone else can share repair time period ?

It can depend on distance to the repair center. I would use the case number to look it up or give dji a ring. Also, might I inquire the nature of the repair?

Hi zmubarik, the overall repair time will be 5-6 working days after your product is received by our repair center, may I have your case number so that we can check?

My P4P replacement took 4 weeks but each case is different.

Replacements probably needs escalation and approval which probably takes more time.

Very true - it was a DOA unit and over the Christmas period too - it is usually 1-2 weeks for more basic repairs
