Hi all, I recently purchased a new Mavic Air from Costco and want to exchange it due to technical issues with the drone.  I can save myself down time and probably save DJI $$ by not having to ship it out for repairs or replacement.  My question is, I have the Care Refresh on it, can I transfer that to the new Mavic Air?

Hi Brian, sorry for the troubles with the drone, you mean replace the drone from the reseller directly right? If yes and your reseller is able to replace the drone, please send email to djicare@dji.com with the seriel number of the old and the new drone and the receipt of the replacement, the team will help.
