It's a little hard to tell so give it some time. This wouldn't be an issue if the Pocket came with a wider lens. Wider lenses also look more stable too.
Yeah, no thanks. If you cropped the dark edges to get rid of vignette you're right back at the default focal length of 24mm. Great idea though, for I'd prefer vlogging handheld with a wider field of view.
No! I don't want fisheye on my video. I use it as a travel cam and I don't want any fisheye effect on the scenic videos. A wide angle attachment for those that want it is the correct way to go.
no-wide-angle of OP is a big advantage comparing to action cams with 120° to 170°,
but sometimes a little bit more angle is nice. Tele is no problem because this is easy
to do with digital zoom - or post processing.

Who said anything about fisheye? It can have a wider FOV than the current version without the fisheye distortion.

Anytime you move below 24mm (the OP is at about 22mm) you will start getting distortion on the edge (building side and lamp post no longer straight), just look at the Hero 7 Black on wide.
