Unfortunately a few days ago I had an accident with my Mavic Pro 2 and I had to contact the DJI service center to start the DJI CARE REFRESH process. And honestly until this moment I have had an incredible experience, extremely quick and effective to solve all my doubts and help me to make this process less difficult in which you always have the uncertainty of having lost your investment.
