Has anyone received the error message "Failed to check firmware package. Check your network and retry"?  We have been using a CS to fly our Matrice 210 and two days ago it stopped connecting with the aircraft.  DJI Pilot software crashes as soon as it boots up. We are a public safety agency and need to get this resolved, so any help is appreciated.

I get that message when I check for and update on my Crystal Sky.  I've been waiting for an update for months now. I hope they still support the Crystal Sky monitors since both of mine are less than a year old.
