I recently flew a few 3D Area mapping missions using GSPro and a Mavic Pro Alpine. Everything ran smoothly, and it looked like the pictures were being taken (shutter was activating in the view window on my ipad). However, when I plugged in my sd card to start processing the imagery only a few images had been saved from each mission (each mission should have been about 300 images but only 30 to 40 were save). The SD card had a few images from a previous flight, two of the missions required multiple batteries, and there was some intermittent loss of connection between the controller and the Mavic.

I haven't run in to this problem before, so maybe it was a one-time thing. Any ideas as to why this might have occured?
