My friend crashed his Mavic 2 Pro by bird days ago, but he didn’t buy DJI care. He had Smart controller and 5 battery. Definitely he doesn’t need to buy whole set and wastes one more regular remote controller. He also doesn’t need any more battery and battery charge hub. However, he could not buy Mavic 2 Pro DRONE ONLY from anywhere: not DJI official website, not Ebay/Amazon/BUYDIG/MicroCenter/B&H/Adorama/BestBuy, or any DJI authorized seller.

  

Could DJI sell Mavic 2 drone only, rather than a whole kit?

Ok, I apologize. With regards to that you just need to choose between Email, Online or through the phone to contact one of the support channels in order to create for you to the process.

That’s a pretty good offer and good service by dji, I have seen moderators help others with similar problems.
