Hey guys,
I'd wish my first post could have been something else but unfortunately it is a technical issue. Anyway, I'm posting on my wife's behalf as she just recently became a OSMO owner, but right now she's having a problem...
After a recent vacation she was using the DJI GO app to edit the video, and 90 minutes in, the app just crashed. She tried to start up the app again but to no avail; the app simply would just start, loads the logo screen, then crashed out after 10-15 secs .
We tried to restart the phone, updated iOS and DJI GO to the latest version, offloaded and reinstalled the app but still couldn't get it working. We don't know what to do next - we don't want to completely uninstall it because we have some precious footage still held up by the app...
So, here we are, hoping that someone here can help us to get the memories back...

Phone model - iPhone 8
iOS - 12.1.4
DJI GO - 3.1.52
