Aloha,
So, PO arrived yesterday, updated firmware etc, left it to charge last night, and its not went beyond 57 percent.
Tried it via different methods, laptop, plug etc, and still doesn't go beyond 57 percent charge.

Any suggestions or is it a case of sending back.

Hello and good day Andrew. I am sorry for the inconvenience that it caused you. This is not the experience we want you to have with DJI. May I know if you manage to plug the DJI Osmo Pocket into the power outlet using the power cable that comes  with the brick charger that has a capability of 5v and 2Amp? Please keep us posted on the latest progress for further help. Thank you.
