first of all I'd like to thanks to all of you for your support.
Some days ago I tried to charge my phantom 3 advanced and my rc to have a fligt, after a long time I haven't used it. So i switched on my drone and then my rc. But when i turn on my rc it starts beeping with red led on and doesn't link with the drone. I also find out thath my rc can't charge fully. I left it charging for some hours but pushing the power on button not all white led turns on. I don't know if it's related to red led problem... However I still have the guarantee. What you suggest to me? Should I try to solve it by myself or it's convenient to send to the assistance?

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. May we know what is the LED indicator on your aircraft? Does the remote controller recognize your mobile device? If yes, is there any error message or firmware upgrade prompt? Please let us know for further assistance. Thank you for continued support.
