you need to have a fire resistant label with your address and a drone insurance. Of course there are a lot of restricted areas, but there are apps to find spots where you can fly. In Austria you need an anual lizens of the Austro-Control, they will charge you 330 EUR (but Spark below 30 m is allowed without...)
