Below is my best distance done ever over a densly populated area, well it is the furthest i have ever gone, wonder how much further in an open area.

wow. and I was impressed with my 11000 feet out to sea....

WOW and I was impressed with my 11000 feet. flight yesterday out to sea ..... well out in the bay towards the sea lol.  I guess I could have gone much further...

That's a lot further that I dare buddy but I can tell from the strength of the signal that OcySync is amazing! Good work

All my flight logs sync with Airdata, you can screenshot it from there, go onto their website and register for the free version

I know, do not know what i was thinking flying that way, maybe because i saw a hugh repeater tower and tried to avoid it, my aim is to hit just over the 8km mark in a CE country, make it back and smile about it to my friend who is scared to even go past 2km

Just keep trying in your area until you find the sweet spot, that is what i did kept standing different angles till i found the right spot to get my distance from my backyard also worth noting is that i live in a deep valley with a 130 meter hill at my side and about 2km from my backyard i have to get just over 180 meters high to clear another hill

Hi Suren,

Impressed by your effort I decided to try my luck. Made it just over 3 miles without any loss of signal but I chickened out when it started the low-battery RTH. Landed with 40% so I know it could have made it at least another mile. Another day another mile.;-)
