i have had it for a while and i thought I would give my own opinions on it

1, its expensive
2, its very expensive
3, it removes the hassle of connecting tablets, tablet holders, cables etc etc
4, you go from start up to flying in 15 seconds
5, all of the features that i need are right there ( screen recording, microSD etc)
6, it just works

Overall - i am happy with it. That it removes the hassle of having to use your phone or tablet and wrestling it into a case is just perfect. More apps ( or a gunuine way of loading apps without sideloading) would be handy as would offline mission planning but i live in hope. I went through 3 batteries today ( 45 mins as it was cold) and the controller was on >50% when i finished.

I agree, Very happy with my SRC.....No regrets!!!!!

Have to say I love this thing, yes it’s expensive, but if you think a similar set up but older tech the 5.5 crystal sky €499 + RC cost €299 + mount €99 so total €798 , yes it has some benefits you can use with older craft if you have any, but for those buying today I believe SRC is a good value purchase and hopefully it will benefit users buying new craft in the future .

You might be able to find a screen shield that helps with annoying screen reflections.  In past seen them for laptops, and more recent past for tablets.

NuShield makes a "DayVue" type screen number NU308A that fits the SRC screen $19.90 US. I ordered a couple - we'll see. DayVue material is aside from protective coated especially for bright sunlight viewing.

Please post back on how well DayVue works.  Maybe some before and after pictures under same conditions.

I purchased a 3-pack of anti-glare screen protectors for an iPad Pro and cut it down to size.  All I found so far were only screen protectors.  

Mine works great. A little bit of work, but it covers the whole screen and it’s cut down on the glare.

In my opinion its too expensive for value you get. And you still have to look at the small screen and hold it in your hands.
For much less money I prefer my set up that keeps my hands free. Screen is 9”. I can deploy it n 10 minutes. Less than $400 in it including price of ipad 6 gen.
