My DV Viewer does not have any menu selections available. It is just a gray window with a title bar at the top -which says DV Viewer (Build v1092). I've tried uninstalling an reinstalling the DJI Assistant app and it still doesn't work correctly. When I originally installed the DJI Assitant app, everything worked. I was able to view the files and all of the different charts. One day while using it, I closed all of the windows and then everything was gone except for the gray window. Now nothing. I would really like to get this working again as the data analysis capabilities are very good.

#Quick Reply Here#The first  removed the assistant then entered into the Windows registry files and deleted the DJI folder and reinstalled the assistant
