I work in a shop and we repair most tech things, including drones.  A customer brought in a Phantom 3 Advanced with a broken gimbal. I replaced the gimbal but the firmware was mismatched on the gimbal from the rest of the drone.  After updating, I get an ESC error.  My research shows there is some firmware (1.11.3) that is not publicly available and I really need the file to get this customer going.  Thanks in advance.

I got the file and attempted the update but it acts as though the bin file isn't even there.  Does this mean this drone isn't able to be upgraded to this version?
