Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we really admire you being interested with the Product. With regards to that, you meaning taking a long exposure? Is it at during daylight or night? You may set the ISO 100-200 and for the shutter speed 2-3 seconds. You may give a try by this setting or you can tweak it by your self. We can still wait for the best recommendation from others. Best Regards!

The Spark longest shutter speed is 2 seconds - right?

For day/sun-times: get some ND-Filters
Without it will be difficult, to much brightness for long exposure.
Dusk or dawn, keep the iso low and shutterspeed high/longer

High shutter speed for a blurred photo makes no sense. The slower the shutter, the more blurry the photo gets.

If you look again, I wrote high/longer.
Not quick but higher numbers.
Perhaps a unusual way to describe, but .... ;-)

You need long exposure. Since Spark really has no too much manual control over it you'll need some really wild ND filter to force it.

You would need about 1/30 shutter speed at ISO100 to get what you are trying to achieve here. But since the SPARK doesn't have a variable aperture, it will be difficult to achieve motion blurr without overexposing the photos during daylight. I have no experience with using ND filters, so can't tell for sure if they will help either.
