Hi i changed password on my spark now i cant connect to it . I tried resetting it but still cant connect

you reset by holding the battery button on the Spark for 9 seconds (beeps like Di Di Di ) ?

Really Wifi of the Spark?
Or wifi of the RC?
If spark, in case reset (like pm mentioned,start Spark,  hold power button for about 9 secs till 3 beeps in a row) does not work, connect it via USB cable to a computer and check/change again in assistant 2
If to RC, reset that one, with also 9 secs pushing the powerbutton when RC is already on

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. I would like to verify that we couldn't access the wi-fi password of aircraft, correct? If yes, for how long did you hold the power button to reset the wi-fi of your aircraft? If this situation remains, I would recommend restoring factory default and refresh the firmware of your aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2 on your computer to see if there will be changes.
