I used to hflight my phantom 4 in my area which is not too far away from an airport , i went out of the country , come back after a few years in the house, but realize now that my drone won't take off, it said that is in a resricted area , what can i do ? help me please

Do you have a verfied account ?

Depending where you are, sometimes you are just prompted(tick box) you need to acknowledge, before being allowed to fly.

Hi

So have you checked on the map(using the link) to see if you are in a No Fly Zone ?

Then on takeoff, if outside of the zone, you may have a tick acknowledgement box.

Alternatively just move away from the airport/city/town for test to ensure its working fine.
