Gimbal malfunction & heating up

Hi guys, see the YouTube link. I tried doing an update, however, about 64% installing, it reboots by itself, gimbal starts up, and stops again, with an error to continue installing. Was there any instructions about not flying near the ocean? We have sent it to the supplier, however they advised that it had packed up because of the air. BUT, after doing some research I see a lot of people with related issues. Has there been any success in repairs? Thanks

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. Would it be possible if you could provide to us what happened to your drone prior to experience this situation? May we know if you notice any error message on the application? Did you manage to try the gimbal calibration on your drone? Have you tried to factory restore and refresh the firmware of your aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2? For your reference on the DJI Assistant 2, you may refer to the link below.
