adjusting flight parameters to change climb and descending speed
i have climb from 4m/s Sport to 7m/s
and deacend from 2m/s to 6m/s i can go up to 10m/s but can the spark even do that? when deaceding isnt that falling ?
am thinking of 8m/s deacend but nervous

What are your oppinions?

mmmm thats scary to know
so going 6ms down is really that risky if not i will stick to it or go down 4-5ms

The DJI Spark's maximum ascent speed is 9.8 ft/s (3 m/s) in Sport Mode without wind and the maximum descent speed        is 9.8 ft/s (3 m/s) in Auto Landing Mode. using a old version of assistant
there are good vids showing how but its mainly done for faster speed in sport not climb and descend

still very Nervous tho of it falling or something else
but the ascend is really helpful as its slow normally

You can probably reduce the vortex effect by descending at an angle instead of straight down. Or maybe only descend over long soft grass?

long soft grass here is rare lol its a dessert
i think i will lower it to 4m/s just to be safer

I have my speeds set to 4m/s up and 5m/s down in P mode then 5m/s up and 6m/s down in Sport mode.
7m/s down is where the vortex effect begins.
On certain occasions, it can begin at 6m down.

Easy cure for the vortex...move the craft...get "clean air" under it.

i changed 7m/s up in Sport mode to 5m/s as i got  alot of max motor speed reached
and if i can have 6m/s downward that would be good
and the vortex where is its effects at what alt if only at low alt then i can use the 6m/s when am up and slow down when am low
i fly at 500m quite alot as its ok here so being able to go down at 6m/s will allow me to stay for while longer up
so i can record the sunrise
and any tips to avoid it flipping or something else when going down at 6m/s from high alt when its windy or normal am still a novice on aerodynamics

zig-zag on the way down.
Keep clean air under it.
The vortex is caused by the craft being caught in its own propeller wash.

i get it now its diving into its own wind that its making lol

going in forward and backward zigzag is easy enough

and quick question how often do u get motor  max speed reached i just switched to 5ms up as 6 was showing it alot

Occasional.
Not too often at all.
I would say between your Spark and mine...we are seeing a sensor variance.
