Very cool but seriously, if that was my Inspire I'd see to it personally that he'd be going for a nice little swim

That could have ended up pretty bad for the Inspire. Glad he was able to continue flying  

Now I’m going to play devils advocate. I can see from the fisherman’s perspective that when they go to the pier to fish it’s mainly about a little piece and quite. To have a noisy drone flying overhead could easily upset anyone. Did he need to react that way, no. A simple conversation before flying asking if they would mind would have saved the potential huge loss of the Inspire.  

Could have ended up pretty bad for some of the folks on the pier as well.  A hooked drone being pulled back with propellers whirling and spectators just standing there, awaiting the cuttings.

True you do make a point and the rules state certain distances from persons, but he was an annoyed fisherman who was not getting any fish and decided to fish for drones instead
