Situation:
My wife and I had a musical performance recorded with the DJI App and the Osmo Mobile 2. It's 15:54 long and 4K resolution.
Issue:
The app shows the video clearly, but I can't do anything with the video.
What I've done:
I tried to save the video and the error I keep getting is "Faild to Save File".
I tried cutting the video and downloading smaller sizes and the app freezes at 40% for all cuts. I tried different size cuts.

I haven't had any issues with performances less than 10 minutes, but anything longer is an issue.
I had high hopes with purchasing this gimble.

Is there a fix for this?

With regards to that, Unfortunately, if you going to Edit the video using the Editor from the DJI GO app it would not be supported since it's limited only to 1080p. We would suggest to transfer the video from your device to your computer directly and use an editor software that supported the 4k resolution. Best regards!

Thank you for the additional information. You can transfer all your files going to your computer using SD card reader. Should you have any other concerns please don't hesitate to reach us. Thank you for your continued support.

What mobile device are you using?  If this is an iPhone:
Step 1. Open "Settings" app on iPhone.
Step 2. Tap on "Privacy" and go to "Photos".
Step 3. Locate the app that cannot save photos and toggle on the bar behind it.  (i.e., DJI Go)
Step 4. Now go back to the DJI App, and you can save the file to your device.
Step 5:  Connect your iPhone to your computer with the USB cable, then you should be able to see the files to download.

Has anyone actually found the answer to getting these files from the DJI app to their phone or computer if they are using Iphone/Mac?
