I was using my Mavic Pro and the footage looked like the brightness was turned all the way up, or someone had smeared the camera, I tried taking the protective cover off and I've tried recalibrating it, any suggestions?

did you accidentially dial the EV up? The rod on top right? What EV value does the controller display to you?

It could easily be the problem in this case. I know a guy who had the same problem until I helped him fix it.
He mistakenly thought that the dail was just a way to turn up the light on his device.

By the way, the dail is not meant to change the EV value, but the shutter speed. EV is not adjustable in itself, but self-adjusting.
